Demographics and tags fall under location information

Description

When editing a contact if you expand Primary Location then Additional Location you can see that the demographics and Tags and Groups falls under the lowest Additional Location. It seems this should be at the top level of the edit page.

This has been verified on the demo install

This works in firefox but fails in safari (for macosx). seems like an html / css issue. if easy fix, we should backport to 2.0 since we'll be doing a 2.0.6 release

Yeah it does seem to only happen in safari.. looking forward to a fix.

Missing </div> tag after the dojo country and state select widgets. Fixed in trunk (2.1) and 2.0 branch.
