In the UK, there is Switch and Maestro with are the same thing and share the same validation rules. The attached patch modifies the credit card number/cvv validation to allow for these variations in the names. It treats SWITCH, MAESTRO, SWITCH/MAESTRO and MAESTRO/SWITCH as one and the same.
