Joomla JCE editor broken in CiviMail component

Description

This is a continuation of a previously submitted and closed issue.

When I use my default Joomla editor, JCE, I am unable to use templates in CiviMail. Templates are not passed to the editor at any time.

The editor loads correctly for new mailings, but does not load for mailings in progress.

I have noticed that the editor loads correctly in 3.4.4 and templates can be applied to NEW mailings. However, when I re-open a saved mailing the editor does not load fully, only the HTML is displayed.

Hello, I have the same problem reported by Michael. My version is 3.4.5.
For NEW mailings, JCE editor works very well. However, when I re-open a saved mailing the editor does not load fully, only the HTML is displayed.
