Extension upgrade sprint

It has been put forward that many extensions which are flagged as 4.6- or even 4.5-compatible are in fact already known to work on 4.7, but have not yet been flagged appropriately by their maintainers. The aim of this initiative is to engage maintainers to test their extensions (or to accept proof provided to them that they work) and to update the extension meta data accordingly.
