Upgrade from 4.0 => 4.1+ fails via drush

            Description

            Environment: Drupal 7.12, CiviCRM 4.1 (branches/v4.1 circa r39469)

            Steps to reproduce:

            1. Install a new site with D7 + branches/v4.0 using Drush (eg http://www.bidon.ca/en/random/2011-10-26-installing-civicrm-svn-trunk-aegir-debianubuntu )
            2. Switch to branches/v4.1 and run GenCode
            3. Run either "civicrm-upgrade-db" or "civicrm-update-cfg"
            4. Receive error:

            "Fatal DB error, exiting, seems like your schema does not have civicrm_setting table
            Drush command terminated abnormally due to an unrecoverable error."
