No way to remove one language in multilingual installation

            Description

            When we do a mistake and install the wrong language (ex: if we don't change default language before switching to multilingual mode), there is no way to remove it.
            It can cause some performance problems as well as crashes because of the limitation of mysql in the size a row can have.
            We need a way to remove one language from the database (triggers, columns and views).
