Transaction History tab for quick access to financial history and reconciliation of accounts

We are implementing a tab on the Contact Summary page which will display Contributions and Event Registrations in a single list, which can be used like a checkbook ledger to explain a contact's current balance owed.

Hoping to have a patch tested and ready to share later this month.
