Description
I haven't yet isolated consistent steps to reproduce, but there are definitely intermittent occasions when making a change to a contribution form and clicking the 'Save' button causes a new contribution page to be created, rather than updating the settings for the existing contribution page.
I'm not certain yet, but I suspect this only occurs with the 'Save' button as I have not yet sen it occur when using the 'Save and Done' or 'Save and Next'.
