Description

I marked the priority as Major due to the fact that Civi 4.1.2 went backwards and is shipping CKEditor 3.5, while Civi 3.4.7 and 3.4.8 shipped with CKEditor 3.6.1.

Either way, the most recent version of CKEditor is 3.6.3. This version fixes a bug that affects all Chrome 18 users, so it's an important bug fix.

I have patched Bluebird source code to run CKEditor 3.6.3, and it is working fine. This should be a straightforward patch for core Civi.
