Mail Summary report counts opens and click throughs more than once

            Description

            The Mail Summary report seems to count all opens and clicks, even if they came from the same email message, causing percentages that are over 100%.

            Clicking the report link from the Scheduled and Sent mailing page, however, displays the proper number and percentages.
