Description
Most documentation has been moved from the wiki to the User and Admin Guide or Developer Guide. However there are ~ 125 links in the user interface pointing to wiki pages - many of which are deprecated or deleted.
Modify the docURL smarty plugin and core function so it points to a chapter in the Admin or Developer Guide and update existing docURL calls. Remove any extraneous links to reduce the burden of link maintenance.
