Cannot edit a Survey Type in CiviCRM 4.1 using wordpress

First off, it was great to meet all of you in Berkley in April. I'm looking forward to attending more events and have highly recommended attendance by others in our growing organization! Special thanks to IMBA and Lobo!

Now for the bug...

When a user navigates to Administer > CiviCampaign > Survey Types and attempts to edit any existing Survey Type, the following error is returned:

We are using Civi v4.1 and Wordpress 3.3.1
We tested the bug on Firefox 3.6.26 and IE 8.0.6001.18702 and error is reliable.
We test the bug and found it to exist in the demo Wordpress site as well.
The error occurs no matter which Survey Type is selected for editing.

I was not able to find this particular issue on the forum but I'm new at it so I'm not even sure if I'm searching effectively yet.
I don't have technical skills but may be able to coax and cajole my developer to fix the bug and offer a patch, but I'm not sure about that yet.
