CiviMail should replace only clickable URLs

            Description

            Currently, if the URL tracking is on, all http(s) and ftp URLs in mailings get replaced by 'tracking' ones. CiviMail should replace only the clickable URLs, and not, for example, these that refer to images in the HTML mailing templates.
