CRM-10144 When creating relationships allow View only as well as View/Edit permissions

            Description

            Currently, when you create a relationship, both members can be configured either to view and update the information for the other, or not. There is not the option just to view that information. It would be really good if you could let users see their relationships without necessarily being able to updte them.

                Thanks. I am the only developer. Which modules and tables are affected - it will save time unpicking what is involved to know that.

                Depends on how complex u want the above solution. For the full solution, u'll need to extend the DB schema and make the permissions: view/edit/none
