Profiles lost in event registration email receipt

      Description

      Additional event online registration profiles (3 or more) are missing from email receipt when paying by credit card.

      Recreate
      1) add additional profile to online registration (should have 3)
      2) disable attach pdf to receipts (due to known dompdf issue for large profiles, may not effect this issue)
      2) register as pay later = receipt with all 3 profiles
      3) register as zero amount = receipt with all 3 profiles
      4) register as pay by credit card = receipt with first 2 profiles additional 3rd profile missing
      5) test by switching the additional profile with the default bottom profile

      1) custom data profiles
      2) number of fields in profiles
      3) empty profile field names
      4) type of payment processor
      5) message template edits
