Case Detail Report pop-up with case detail does not have activities listed

      Description

      go to 'Create Reports from Templates' choose 'Case Detail Report - Template' search for a list of cases. click on case subject. pop-up div area appears with case detail. this case detail does not have a all the details that Manage case has. this does not allow us to use this report as envision when created. most important information that is missing are: activities list and a link to manage the given case that would open separate tab/window so changes can be made in the case.
