Files Missing in civicrm-4.1.2-drupal.tar.gz file

When enabling Civi Conponent CiviCase - get error file_get_contents(/var/www/sites/all/modules/civicrm/sql/case_sample.mysql): failed to open stream and error file_get_contents(/var/www/sites/all/modules/civicrm/sql/case_sample1.mysql): failed to open stream.

Was told to copy files from http://svn.civicrm.org/civicrm/trunk/sql/case_sample.mysql & http://svn.civicrm.org/civicrm/trunk/sql/case_sample1.mysql

The files in the tar files also had a CivIiCRM_ prefix on them.

Files must have been missed during packaging.
