Can't expand "Report Criteria" or "Report Settings" sections of Event Particpant Report (dup of CRM-9195?)

            Description

            When clicking the sections to modify the report criteria or report settings, the sections do not expand.
            Running on Drupal 6.26 (behavior originally observed w/ Drupal 6.24 and CiviCRM 4.1.0 - just updated to latest of both).
            Other reports are OK (although I have not tried them exhaustively).
            Report settings had previously been modified to show a specific event by default.
            I am not able to reproduce on the demo system.
