Fix validation errors

If a contribution page is configured to process separate payment for contribution and membership, then one selects no thank for contribution, it still requires other amount. It also changes the No Thank You for contribution to Other Amount. Please fix.

If a membership is not required on a contribution page, and we click on no thank you, then it says to select at least one membership type. Fix this.
