Referencing non-existent contact cid in Contact Summary URL should redirect to CiviCRM home page

            Description

            Call a url like this : http://civicrm42/civicrm/contact/view?reset=1&cid=105 when contact id 105 doesn't exist in the database is currently NOT redirecting to home page - but rather showing an empty contact summary page w/ notice on contact_type.
