Description
When you got to "manage events" the url is civicrm/events/manage...
but on the same menu when you go to:
event templates
new price sets
manage price sets
the urls begin with: civicrm/admin....
On other menus, functionality given by the "Administer CiviCRM" Drupal permission also follow the civicrm/admin url pattern
This creates a little havoc and rule contorting when using the Themekey or Pagetheme modules, when switching themes based on path.
