Received Date and Receipt Date not saved to contribution record on back-office membership renewals

            Description

            This is a regression bug - possibly related to changes made for batch entry of memberships ??

            To recreate:

            • New membership (back-end) -> record membership payment and send confirmation
              Result: associated contribution record will have receipt_date and receive_date values set as expected
            • Now Renew Membership (from Membership tab). Click "Record Renewal Payment" and "Send Confirmation and Receipt").
              Result: inserted contribution record has NULL in receive_date and receipt_date
