      Description

I have started getting this error whenever I my wordpress users update their information (Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred. DB Error: already exists). I see this from within the Admin Dashboard of Wordpress as well as from front-end user account pages whenever I try to update any users information (eg password). The user information is successfully updated, but would still like to get rid of this error message.

I have narrowed the cause of this down to CiviCRM, because when I disable CiviCRM, I do not get the error in wordpress.
