            We're going to rename our old inappropriately named, freak-out-the-user friend the 'non-recoverable error' to: Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment.

            This patch (attached) is from the 4.1.2, in the unlikely event fatal.tpl has changed to 4.2 please let me know.
