Create distributon package to support drupal + civicrm starter kit project

Create a minified package for civicrm to match drupal requirements (package size < 10MB). Check:

To minimize support issues, we will host these packages on civicrm download servers and not on sourceforge. We do not want any user to download this package independently.

The url will be:

thus we'll have:

http://downloads.civicrm.org/civicrm-4.2.alpha1.starterkit.tgz
http://downloads.civicrm.org/civicrm-4.2.0.starterkit.tgz
..

The packages eliminated are:

dompdf, IDS, jquery, ckeditor, tinymce

Also delete the joomla and wordpress directories
