Drupal views: Participant relationships using incorrect id fields

In Drupal's Views module, the relationship configuration civicrm participants incorrectly uses the 'id' column from the civicrm_participant table to join on the civicrm_contact and civicrm_event tables, rather than the 'contact_id' and 'event_id' columns, respectively.

This causes incorrect or null data to be loaded in the view.
