Payment options not visible on contribute pages (processor specific?)

            Description

            Installed sample DB and CiviCRM v4.2 from SVN.

            If the example contribute pages are configured to use the builtin "Dummy" processor, the contribute options work fine. However, if configured to use (some?) extension processors, the contribution options are not visible.

            Verified that this affects Flo2CashDonate and SagePay processors.

            Contribute pages with "is_allow_other_amount" only work fine using Dummy but not Sagepay / F2C.
