Verify 4.2 message templates for tarball and upgrade

We have had several issues that affected the backoffice membership template but there was no version of it in CRM/Upgrade//4.2.alpha1.msg_template/message_templates yesterday. I also have the impression that some changes have been made to templates since 4.2.alpha1 was released. Could you diff and otherwise review all of the message templates for contributions, events, and memberships in 4.2 to ensure

a) that the versions in xml/templates/message_templates are the latest so that tarballs for new installs will be correct, and
b) that any changes that have been introduced into xml/templates/message_templates since 4.2.alpha1 was released are reflected in files in CRM/Upgrade//4.2.alpha2.msg_template/message_templates.

Also, just to be safe,
c) make sure that there are no changes prior to 4.2.alpha1 in the tarball directory that are not reflected in the 4.2.alpha1 upgrade directory; if there are, ensure they are all present in the 4.2.alpha2 upgrade directory as well.
