Test pricesets on a bilingual en_US fr_CA install, and a unilingual fr_FR install

            Description

            Please review all of the contribution, event, and membership functionality in a bilingual setting. I expect that there will be no problems during operation, but probably some issues when upgrading from a bilingual 4.1 to 4.2.

            Also, please do a non-English install like fr_FR, and then repeat the testing.
