Incorrect menu item height on Chrome in Chinese language

The height of the drop down menu item is incorrect when using Chinese language. See attachment for detail. The solution is to add the following line as line 116:
height:auto;
See changes.patch in attachment as the patch.

For my testing, the problem exists in 4.1.2 and 4.2.alpha1. I believe it also exists in all of the other versions.
