Not possible to unset a defaut fee level for an event

            Description

            Most forms with radio buttons for configuration have an 'unselect' option so that folks can leave that value unset. The Configure Event > Fees table is missing that option so once you set a default you can't change your mind.

            Add 'unselect' and fix the setDefaults code to not force the 1st fee level to be the default.
