Views doesn't default to showing Activities, Contributions, Events, Campaigns

By default, fields from CiviContribute, CiviCampaign, and CiviEvent are not available when working with Views. In order to offer some reporting-like functions in lieu of Campaign reporting, as well as to create some ad-hoc/custom "reports" of sorts for the other components (Contributions, Events), these fields should be exposed by default when using the Views module with Civi.

Activities and their related fields also don't seem to be available in Views.
