Description
Add '(default organization)' to contact summary and contact edit page titles if the contact is the default organization contact for the current domain.

Dave, I wanted your feedback on whether it is a problem for the domain contact to appear in searches and reports. While we could do some code to prevent that in current code, I think it would be better to explain the change on blogs and not confuse coders and users by hiding this special contact.
