Expose Send SMS option / functionality to other places

      Description

      Expose 'Send SMS' option (like sending email) for:

      • Contact View >> Activity Tab
      • Actions menu button on contact view screen

      Behavior would be same as 'Send SMS to Contacts' with contact being addressed as pre-selected.

      The option should be exposed only if at least one active sms provider is present.

      Bug Investigation / fix
      =================
      For a contact, not flagged as 'do not sms', the phone number to which sms is to be sent should be computed as:
      • find a primary phone number of type mobile
      • Otherwise, find a secondary phone of type mobile

      Please investigate & make sure it works per above rule.
