Description
Trans isn't a single gender. Most trannys identify as either MTF or FTM.
Since a majority of the population probably has no idea what "FTM" and "MTF" mean, you might either have these as radio buttons that appear when Transgender is selected, or label them "Transgender MTF" and "Transgender FTM".
I think the last suggestion is the best.
