Civi Version 4.1 - Search Builder - DB Error: syntax error when querying Individual email

Steps:

1. Selected Search Builder
2. Includes contacts where: Individual - Email -

{any email type except Primary}

-

{any existing email addr}

3. Click no Search button.

It gives the error below:

Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.
DB Error: syntax error

I was able to recreate it in demo site.
