Add CC and Add Bcc in registration confirmation is not working

      Description

      I added an email in the CC and BCC textbox, so that our client staff will be notified when a contact registers for an event.

      Registrant email - email1@yahoo.com
      Registration confirmation email specified as CC email (Event setup) - email2@yahoo.com
      Registration confirmation email specified as Bcc email - email3@yahoo.com

      email1@yahoo.com received the registration confirmation email. email2@yahoo.com and email3@yahoo.com did not receive a copy of the registration confirmation.
