Advanced Search Now Works For Multiple Counties

            Description

            Previously county was only a single search. Working with TwoMice, he improved it so that multiple counties can be searched. For instance, you can select Country > State > County: Washington and Baker and Wilson counties.

            Also uncovered was a quirky bug that was making editing smart group criteria difficult with state. This bug has been fixed as well.
