Timestamp should be an option in custom fields

Custom fields should include a timestamp option that will allow a CiviCRM installation to track the date and time that an entry was added or edited. An administrator who chooses "timestamp" should also be able to determine the number of digits in the timestamp and whether it changes with each update or just logs the date an entry was added.
