      Pradeep, could you review this post in the forum - http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,25354.msg107395.html#msg107395 - to determine why it is happening.

      I believe our design is supposed to create a line item for every participant purchase that was not part of a priceset originally during the upgrade. Here we have 4 records with pricesets, price value, and price value option, but apparently either no line item or a line item with an incorrect key.
