"View Contact" screen shifts up and down when mousing over some blocks

When using the 'VIew Contact' screen, several of the blocks support inline editing. With most blocks (phone numbers, street addresses, demographics, comm preferences), hovering over the block will create a link ("add or edit phone", "add or edit demographic").

The layout for the "add or edit email" link differs from all the others in that it creates a new visual row to display the link. This causes the screen to shift downward and upward as the mouse moves over the email block, and the effect is mildly disorienting.
