Edit of communication preferences makes other blocks stale

1. Create a contact with phone, email, etc, and whose "Communication Preferences" don't allow phone or email contact.
2. Open the "View Contact" screen.
3. Observe: the phone and email are red with a "Stop" icon
4. Using the inline-editing for "Communication Preferences" block, toggle the "Do not phone" and "Do not email" flags. Save.
5. Observe: the phone and emails are still displayed as red with a "Stop" icon
6. Reload the screen.
7. Observe: the red goes away.
