            Description

            Steps:

            1. Setup an SMS provider
            2. Go to "Mailings -> New SMS"
            3. Fill in the first and second screens.
            4. On the third screen ("3. Schedule or Send"), click "Previous
            5. Observe warnings:

            Notice: Undefined offset: 2 in CRM_Mailing_Page_View->run() (line 126 of /var/aegir/platforms/civicrm-trunk/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Mailing/Page/View.php).
            Notice: Only variable references should be returned by reference in CRM_Mailing_BAO_Mailing->compose() (line 1128 of /var/aegir/platforms/civicrm-trunk/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Mailing/BAO/Mailing.php).

            I can see syntactically why the bugs are produced but don't know enough about the context to say what the right fix is.

                Can't reproduce. Tested on v4.2 & trunk.
