The extension menu entry is in the wrong place

            Description

            Following the reorganisation of the admin menu, I think the result is good and logical, with the sole exception (so far) of the extension menu ( /civicrm/admin/extensions?reset=1 )

            I keep looking for "Manage extensions" under " System settings", not under "Customize Data and screens".

            IMO, that's much more related to Enable System components than Profiles, both because of what it does and because who is likely to access this menu.

            Can we move it from Cutomize data and screens to System settings?
