A hover box to show "Update" details within Change Log Tab

Instead of having to click on numerous Update buttons within the Change Log tab of a record, to implement some way of a hover box (similar to the black box in a search results screen) to show the user what is under that update. This will drastically help save time in the offices if they are looking for a specific change but do not know when it happened (otherwise they can look by date).
