Civi jQuery / Other jQuery conflicts

            Description

            In civicrm/templates/CRM/common/jquery.tpl on or about line line 97 there is a "$ = cj;"

            This is conflicting with jQuery modules in my installation of Joomla.

            Commenting that out SEEMS to have no effects on CiviCRM functionality and eliminates the conflicts but I'm filing the bug based on the presumption that someone put it there for a reason.
