CiviMember - Command-line Script Which Updates Membership Statuses

Create a PHP script which can be run from the command line. Script task is to check and update the status of all membership records for a given domain using the calc_membership_status and update_contact_membership APIs. (CiviMember enabled sites will set up a cron job to run this script on a daily basis - and hence keep the membership statuses updated.)

Input param is:
-domain : which domain to check/update memberships for. If this param not defined, default to domain_id = 1.
