            Description

            Note: The test case involved a URL on github.com. Requesting the URL involves both redirects and SSL.

            Probably an issue of locating the right CA file/directory/service on the local installation – need to research where this stands in PHP today.

            As an alternative, we could sidestep the problem by implementing our own checksum system and then disabling SSL certificate validation.
