            Description

            Context issues prevent editing participants with admin-only price set fields depending how the edit page is accessed. Two trivial patches attached:

            1. set admin visibility for dashboard context in PriceSet.tpl

            2. properly set participant context for links in ParticipantListCount.php

                Also added context=participant to "View Participant Record" link on Event Participant List report. Thx for the patches!
