Facebook 'like' button broken on petition

This is an issue with petition. Once a signer finishes signing a petition, the thank-you page includes the standard social media plug-ins (Twitter, fb, G+). G+ seems to be the only one working. The facebook link produces a pop-up that allows you to sign in but never loads. The twitter link produces a pop-up, but it doesn't have a pre-fab tweet, nor does it have the link to the petition to facilitate sharing. We replicated this in firefox, safari, and chrome.
